No refund on wheels that are mounted and balanced and shipped to your door being the wheels you ordered.
If you live outside of Florida you do not pay a sales tax.
Refunds are only considered on sealed, packaged, and/or unused products prior to installation. A 25% restocking fee may be assesed on refunded products. A 15% cancellation fee for customers who cancel a pre-made wheel order. Cancellations of any special order items will result in the loss of the initial deposit.
-We can not accept unauthorized returns.
-Any special order products can not be returned.
-All returns must be made within 30 days of recieving products.
-All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
-In order to return a product, the customer must first print this policy, sign it, and fax or mail it to us BEFORE shipping back a product.
-The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees unless the reason for return was caused by our own error.
-All products must be properly packaged for return and will be carefully inspected upon arrival to verify brand new condition. Any product found not to be in brand new condition can not be returned/refunded.
-Wheels and tires can not be returned once they have been mounted (i.e a wheel can not be returned once a tire has been mounted on it and vice versa) unless both the wheel and tire were purchased together as a package and the mounting was done in house.
-Wheels that are used and/or damaged can not be returned/refunded. If a wheel and/or tire has been driven on it is deemed used and can not be returned/refunded.
-If a return is being made due to paint imperfections, please allow 2-4 weeks after the wheels have arrived back to us to correct the imperfection. If the imperfection(s) can not be resolved after 2-4 weeks, then and only then will we consider a refund.
